We give practical help and support to people aged 60+ living in Powys.

Practical help can include being a spokesperson; attending and accompanying people at meetings; providing information and helping older people to solve problems or take action.

We can do this over the telephone or by visiting clients in their own home. We provide a one-to-one service which is free and confidential.

Issues we can help with include:

Helping to sort out letters and documents
Helping to make difficult phone calls
Helping to access services to which they may be entitled
Helping to challenge decisions and make complaints
Helping to deal with periods of life change
Supporting them to say what they want
