We provide a confidential befriending scheme for adults who may be enduring mental health distress.

Our scheme operates in Radnorshire and Montgomeryshire. Our 'one to one' befriending service helps individuals by enhancing their lives and encourage them to fulfil their own personal objectives; perhaps to increase social inclusion, for example through experiencing new hobbies and spending time with other members in due course on one of our group leisure outings and events.

We help people who experience mental health distress to live happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives by using the excellent Befriending Service we provide, unequalled by any other mental health service providers in the area of Powys.

We identify our Members needs and respond accordingly to them whilst involving them in any decision making processes.
