We offer services to provide aftercare for young people who have left the care system and are moving on.we are trained in life skills that enable young people to move on into independent life.we have a 24 hour on call service that can be accessed by any one. we use mobile phones as most young people prefer to text messages- or ask you to call them back! we offer support to families who need support with there children.we provide parental advice and offer behaviour management techniques.we act as advocates and independent visitors if requested.
we will work with other agencies and sign post services that we do not offer to other agencies.
