                • If the only method of contact a group has supplied is its URL, that group will only become ‘visible’ on the system once its URL has been validated
                • If there is an unresolved complaint about the entry

                1. The correct name for your organisation as entered in Info-Engine
                2. Have access to one of the administrative email addresses registered with Info-Engine for your organisation.

                When you have entered these details into the 'Modify Organisation Details' page, an email will be sent to the address you have entered (which must for security reasons be one of those referred to in point 2 above) which will then allow you access to your record in Info-Engine for you to update it.
